Our mission is to provide a “second chance” for people in the community who have found themselves down but deserve a new opportunity.

What does that mean? Simply, we hire those people who are so often overlooked in the workplace to provide opportunities for advancement. We employ recently homeless, newly immigrated citizens, people living within rehabilitation shelters, those who have recently been released from incarceration, and honored disabled veterans. We invite everyone to join our mission with open arms, to provide them with an opportunity for a fresh start with respect and dignity.

Why is this our mission?

Because it’s more fulfilling for them and for us.

The more clients we have, the more people we can help by providing a second chance. For every 1,000 daily orders we fulfill, we get to add 8 new employees to our team to continue to fulfill our greater mission.
